Qualifications

• Food Handler Certification (if applicable).
• Knowledge or ability to learn the restaurant point-of-sale system, ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Hardworking, dedicated, with a real passion for hospitality.
• Flexible schedule and are able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean dining area by bussing tables and providing outstanding service.
• Act as an advocate for the restaurant and create personal experiences for guests.
• Develop relationships with guests to encourage return visits.
• Clear and reset tables as per standards and assist other staff as needed.
• Support buffet setup and refills; assist with expediting food to tables.
• Wear multiple hats and take on tasks outside the core duties when required.
