Job summary

Ledges Restaurant is seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Busser. You will help prepare dining spaces and assist servers to ensure a smooth and pleasant guest experience.

Responsibilities include setting up tables, clearing plates, maintaining a clean dining area, restocking supplies, and keeping a friendly, professional demeanor with guests and coworkers. This role offers growth opportunities within the restaurant.

Qualifications

Prior experience as a Busser or in a similar role preferred, but not required.
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work well in a team.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

Set up tables with clean linens, silverware, and glassware.
Clear tables of used plates, cups, and utensils.
Assist servers with refilling drinks and clearing plates.
Maintain cleanliness of dining area, including sweeping and mopping floors and wiping down tables and chairs.
Restock supplies as needed.
Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor with guests and coworkers.
