Position Summary

As a team member, your role is vital in delivering thoughtful experiences to our guests. You will participate in communication, teamwork, and maintaining a calm, organized environment. Responsibilities include bussing and cleaning tables and bar areas, supporting service staff, preparing beverages, and assisting with operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the venue before, during, and after service.
  • Set and reset tables and bar areas efficiently.
  • Assist in fulfilling beverage and food orders.
  • Provide excellent customer service, including serving hot and cold beverages, and supporting bartenders and servers.
  • Support opening and closing procedures, including stocking, cleaning, and preparing stations.
  • Maintain knowledge of menu items and adhere to health and safety protocols.
  • Engage with guests to foster rapport and encourage repeat business.
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years restaurant or related experience preferred.
  • Ability to follow instructions and use relevant equipment.
  • Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures.
