Job summary

Yard House Restaurants in Indianapolis is hiring for the position of Busser/Barback. In this role, you will assist Servers and Bartenders to maintain cleanliness and efficiency in dining and bar areas. You will help clear the bar top, sanitize barware, and ensure that beer kegs are fresh and ready to serve.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas are clean.
• Assist Bartenders in clearing the bar top and cleaning barware.
• Restock glassware and plateware as needed.

Job description

For this position, pay will be variable by location — plus tips.

Busser/Barbacks are the right hands to our Servers and Bartenders. They ensure our dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas are clean, sanitized, stocked and visually appealing. They assist our Bartenders in clearing the bar top, cleaning/sanitizing the barware, and restocking glassware and plateware. In addition, they change out kegs as needed to keep our beers on tap fresh!
