Key Responsibilities

• Reset and prepare tables with precision and speed
• Maintain pristine dining room environment at all times
• Assist servers with beverage refills, bread service, and guest requests
• Polish glassware & silver to luxury standards
• Ensure smooth transitions through each stage of service

Qualifications

• Experience in upscale dining environment a plus

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk up to 8-10 hours per shift
• Ability to lift, push, and carry up to 40 lbs (bus tubs, linens, chairs, etc.)
• Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
• Comfortable moving quickly and quietly in a luxury dining environment
