Responsibilities

Provide an exceptional brewhouse experience to our guests by maintaining dining room cleanliness:

• Clearing and setting tables in a timely and efficient manner.
• Performing station opening/closing setup for each shift.
• Restocking glassware, ice and beverage items.
• Polishing, rolling and preparing silverware.
• Ensuring chairs, floors and guest dining areas are clean.
