Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional brewhouse experience to our Guest, as you maintain dining room cleanliness by clearing and setting tables in a timely and efficient manner.
• Perform station opening/closing setup for each shift.
• Restock glassware, ice, and beverage items.
• Polish, roll, and prep silverware.
• Ensure chairs, floors, and Guest dining areas are clean.
