Job summary

First Watch in Nashville, TN is seeking a friendly Busser to support a chef-curated menu and ensure quick, clean table turnover during breakfast, brunch, and lunch service.

As a Busser, you’ll work in a team-focused environment without night shifts, helping maintain table readiness and guest satisfaction. Benefits include health insurance, PTO, and meal discounts, among others.

About The Position

Equipped with a spray bottle, sturdy tray and clean cloth towel, a First Watch Busser uses magician-like moves to clean and re-set tables within 3 minutes. They are often our silent communicators – contacting a nearby Host to signal “table readiness.”
