Position Overview:
As a busser, you'll be an essential part of our team, ensuring that our dining areas are clean, organized, and prepared for guests. Your efforts in maintaining a smooth flow of service will help create a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for every guest. If you're energetic, detail-oriented, and have a love for Italian cuisine and hospitality, we'd love to have you join us!

Key Responsibilities:

• Table Maintenance: Clear tables quickly and efficiently after guests finish their meals, resetting them for the next guest.
• Dining Area Cleanliness: Keep dining areas, floors, and restrooms clean and free from debris. Assist with sweeping, mopping, and other cleaning duties as needed.
• Supporting Servers: Assist servers by delivering water, bread, and condiments to tables. Refill drinks and help with other needs during service.
• Prep Work: Help prepare dining areas by setting up tables, chairs, and ensuring all necessary items (menus, napkins, utensils) are in place before guests arrive.
• Trash Removal: Empty trash cans and take out trash to designated areas as required.
• Assist with Deliveries: Help unload and organize incoming deliveries of food and supplies when necessary.
• Collaborate with Team: Work closely with servers, chefs, and other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient dining experience for all guests.
• Adhere to Safety Standards: Follow proper food handling and sanitation practices to maintain a safe and clean environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is a plus but not required.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and lift items (such as trays and stacks of dishes) for extended periods.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
