Role: Busser

Objective

To create a memorable dining experience by maintaining clean and safe dining spaces that encourage guests to return.

Responsibilities

1. Clear tables of dishware and napkins after meals and return them to the kitchen.
2. Keep floors and chairs near dining tables clean by sweeping and mopping.
3. Maintain appropriate stock levels of glassware, silverware, and dishware.
4. Clean, sanitize, and reset tables after meals.
5. Refill salt, pepper, and other condiments at tables.
6. Assist servers with food delivery.
7. Keep designated service stations clean and well stocked.
8. Perform other cleaning duties as needed within the restaurant.

Qualifications

1. A desire to care for others, grow, and learn.
2. A positive attitude.
3. Ability to wipe down tables, pick up debris, and clean booth seats.
4. Transport plates, glasses, and baskets approximately 30 times per shift.
5. Mobility throughout the shift is required.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to navigate the restaurant, move and grasp items up to five pounds, occasionally lift up to 25 pounds, and bend and stoop. Adequate vision to assess cleanliness and operate a touchscreen is necessary. Reasonable accommodations can be provided for disabilities.
