First Watch is hiring Bussers in Gilbert, AZ to support a fast-paced breakfast, brunch, and lunch service. You will clean and reset tables quickly, communicate readiness to Hosts and Servers, and help with light housekeeping to maintain a welcoming dining area.

About The Position

Equipped with a spray bottle, sturdy tray and clean cloth towel, a First Watch Busser uses magician-like moves to clean and re-set tables within 3 minutes. They are often our silent communicators – contacting a nearby Host to signal “table readiness.”
