Job summary

La Posada de Santa Fe, A Tribute Portfolio Resort & Spa, seeks a Busperson to support our Food and Beverage team in Santa Fe. AM & PM shifts and $15.40 per hour. The property is steps from the historic Plaza, offering rich Southwestern charm.

You will assist servers, set up and reset tables, stock stations, and help serve beverages while keeping areas clean. Certifications (Serv Safe, NM Alcohol) are required.

Qualifications

• Serv Safe and New Mexico Alcohol Certification required.
• Experience in food and beverage service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist restaurant servers by setting up, clearing and cleaning tables, stock service stations and provide table service.
• Clear dirty table settings, reset tables, maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods.
• Serve beverages and transport dirty tableware to the dishwashing area for proper cleaning.

Here Is What You Will Be Doing Each Day

In this role, you will assist the restaurant servers by setting-up, clear and clean tables, stock all service stations and with table service to ensure total guest satisfaction. You will quickly clear dirty table settings and prepare table for resetting. Promptly and consistently reset all service ware as prescribed. Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment including silverware, linen and condiments. You will help with serving guests with beverages, transport all dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area for proper cleaning.
