Responsibilities

Due to high business volume, bussers may be assigned to Hard Rock Cafe. They are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, supporting other departments in guest service.

• Clearing and resetting tables.
• Sweeping floors and emptying trash cans.
• Stocking ice and products.
• Maintaining a clean back dock area.
• Pre-bussing tables and assisting with guest needs.
• Having a sense of urgency and effective communication with team members.
• In some cafes, removing condiments, refilling drinks, and setting up bar pre-mixes.

Qualifications

Experience, Education, Certifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.

Skills

• Ability to stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and sense of urgency.

Physical Demands

• Ability to move throughout the restaurant and cafe, including standing, walking, kneeling, and bending for extended periods.
• Manual dexterity and ability to handle physical tasks up to 10 pounds.
• Ability to tolerate exposure to various environmental conditions.
• Ability to travel as needed.
