Description

Position Overview: Sets and resets dining room tables. Assists with clearing tables, refilling beverages, running food, and restocking clean plates, silverware, and glassware. Cleans wait stations and other areas of the restaurant throughout the shift and at close.

Licensing Requirements

• Food Safety Handling Certification as required by state or local laws

Qualifications

Experience in a full-service restaurant environment is helpful but not required. Successful completion of Razzoos training for this position is required. Must be of legal age to operate certain equipment in compliance with laws.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Deliver hospitality, honor guest requests, clean and reset tables, remove plates, set up and break down work area, restock service stations, expedite and run food, maintain a safe environment, report unsafe conditions, adhere to policies, perform additional duties as needed.

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, move quickly, stand/walk, climb ladders, hear accurately, see details, manipulate objects.

Working Conditions

• Fast-paced environment, narrow spaces, multiple guests and tasks, background noise, temperature variations.
