First Watch is hiring Bussers in Rock Hill, SC for our daytime dining concept. No night shifts, dedicated to a chef-curated menu, and a people-first culture where employees are valued.

You will support the dining room by clearing and resetting tables quickly, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting Hosts and Servers to ensure smooth seating for guests. This role requires at least 18 years of age and a team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate well with others and work in a team (teamwork)
• Ability to clear, clean, sanitize and reset tables in under 3 minutes (table maintenance)
• Update Hosts & Servers about table availability to seat guests (communication)
• Perform light housekeeping, rolling silverware, restroom cleanliness (dining room upkeep)
• Must be at least 18 years of age (age requirement)

About The Position

Equipped with a spray bottle, sturdy tray and clean cloth towel, a First Watch Busser uses magician-like moves to clean re-set tables within 3 minutes.
