First Watch, the daytime dining concept known for breakfast, brunch and lunch, is hiring a Busser in Glendale, AZ. You will help reset tables within 3 minutes, communicate with Hosts, and support servers to deliver a smooth dining experience.

This role emphasizes teamwork, cleanliness, and reliability; you must be at least 18, enjoy a fast-paced service environment, and take pride in your work. FT position with benefits and a friendly, energetic team.

About The Position

Equipped with a spray bottle, sturdy tray and clean cloth towel, a First Watch Busser uses magician-like moves to clean re-set tables within 3 minutes. They are often our silent communicators – making contact with a nearby Host to signal table readiness. Does this sound like you? Our Bussers (just to name a few):
