Essential Job Functions

• Ensure tables are cleared, cleaned, and re-set according to Seasons 52 standards.
• Assist with pre-bussing tables, restocking side stations, and running food.
• Polish and restock flatware and glassware.
• Empty and replace bartender bus tubs and trash efficiently.
• Maintain overall cleanliness of the restaurant.

Accountabilities

Maintain guest flow by clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables within three minutes. Support bartenders by emptying bus tubs and trash. Assist the service team with pre-bussing, restocking, running food, and polishing flatware during shifts. Ensure guest safety by keeping tables, seats, floors, and restrooms clean and sanitized.

Performance Requirements

• Lift and transport up to 50 lbs., including bus tubs and dishware, on stairs and ramps if necessary.
• Speak and understand English.
• Frequently reach, lift, stoop, bend, and wipe to maintain the service area.
• Walk and stand throughout the entire shift.
• Be aware of hazards such as cuts, burns, slips, and trips.
• Work well with each department.
• Perform side work and maintain safety and sanitation standards.
