Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Clean all dirty tables as soon as guests leave
• Ensure tables are set & re-set according to specifications every time
• Maintain floor, patio and restroom cleanliness
• Assist with seating guests and running food as required
• Maintain dining room & patio cleanliness before/during/end of shift
• Put up all dining room chairs & assist in breaking down patio at end of shift
