Job summary

Tap Ins at the Greenhouse is a lively, all-season entertainment spot blending elevated American pub fare, craft cocktails, and indoor/outdoor mini golf with a greenhouse vibe. As a barback, you’ll hustle behind the scenes, bus tables, run dishes, and help servers during regular shifts and high-energy events.

We offer paid training, benefits, and a flexible schedule. Must be at least 16 years old; starting hourly rate at $12 plus tips.

Responsibilities

• Bus and reset tables quickly so the next party can sit down without waiting.
• Run dirty dishes, restock clean plates, silverware, glassware, and condiments.
• Keep dining rooms, patio, and event spaces clean, swept, and guest-ready.
• Support servers with water, pre-bussing, and running food when needed.
• Support event setups and breakdowns for parties and buyouts.
• Work as part of the team to keep the vibe high and guests happy

Think scratch-made pizzas, stone-fired apps, beer garden hangs, yard games, and a lively atmosphere where guests come for the fun and stay for the drinks. We host everything from casual nights to corporate buyouts, parties, and events - perfect for barbacks who thrive in both everyday service and event setups.Must be at least 16 years old for this role. Hourly rate starting at $12 per hour plus tips!
