Job summary

First Watch is seeking a friendly Busser to help keep dining areas clean and welcoming during day-time shifts in Nolensville, TN. You’ll support servers and hosts by cleaning and resetting tables promptly and maintaining a tidy dining environment to ensure a smooth guest experience.

Ideal candidates are team players who communicate well and take pride in fast, dependable service. This role is part of our daytime, guest-focused hospitality team with opportunities for development.

• Update and communicate with Hosts & Servers when tables are available for seating
• Perform other duties such as light housekeeping, rolling silverware, restroom cleanliness, etc.

About The Position

Equipped with a spray bottle, sturdy tray and clean cloth towel, a First Watch Busser uses magician-like moves to clean and re-set tables within 3 minutes. They are often our silent communicators – contacting a nearby Host to signal “table readiness.”
