Job summary

First Watch is seeking a friendly and efficient Busser to join our team in a fast-paced breakfast, brunch, and lunch environment. You will be responsible for clearing and resetting tables within 3 minutes, helping teammates, and ensuring a clean dining area throughout shifts. We value teamwork and clear communication with Hosts and Servers.

About The Position

Equipped with a spray bottle, sturdy tray and clean cloth towel, a First Watch Busser uses magician-like moves to clean and re-set tables within 3 minutes. They are often our silent communicators – contacting a nearby Host to signal “table readiness.”
