We are seeking a reliable, polished, detail-oriented, and hospitality-driven Busser to join the Moss New York team with Compass Group. Bussers play a vital role in maintaining the pace, cleanliness, and overall flow of service throughout the dining experience. This role is essential to creating a refined and seamless environment, ensuring that every table is reset efficiently, every dining space remains immaculate, and every guest feels cared for from arrival through departure. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in supporting the service team, thrives in a fast-paced fine dining setting, and understands that behind-the-scenes excellence is a key part of luxury hospitality.
The hourly wage for this position is $15.00/hour tipped hourly wage. Training wage during the orientation period is $17.00 per hour.
This is a non-exempt, hourly position. In accordance with the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), you are eligible for overtime pay at one and a half times your regular rate for all hours worked over 40 in a single workweek.
The role of the Busser at Moss is to support the Server and ensure guests have an exceptional dining experience by maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment. Bussers contribute to the flow of service and hospitality by being attentive, proactive, and team oriented.
