Responsibilities

Due to business volume, bussers may be employed at Hard Rock Cafe. They are directly responsible for maintaining and upkeeping the restaurant, enabling other departments to focus on guest service.

• Resetting tables.
• Sweeping floors.
• Emptying trash cans.
• Stocking ice and products.
• Maintaining a clean and organized back dock area.
• Pre-bussing tables.
• Having a sense of urgency.
• Assisting and communicating with hosts, servers, and other bussers.
• In some cafes: removing ketchup bottles, refilling guest drinks, and setting up bar pre-mixes.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.

Physical Demands

• Ability to move throughout the cafe and office during visits (standing, walking, kneeling, bending) for extended periods.

• Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry objects up to 10 pounds.
