What You’ll Bring (Requirements)

• No prior experience required – on‑the‑job training provided.
• Must meet minimum age requirement (18) per local laws; High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Preferred (not required): Previous hospitality or customer service experience and willingness to obtain food handlers & alcohol certification within 14 days of hire.
• Availability to work within open hours (e.g., evenings, holidays, weekends).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Able to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment.
