Job Overview: Responsible for cleaning and setting tables, maintaining a sanitary environment, and ensuring safety for staff and guests.

Position Responsibilities include:

• Cleaning front façade, restrooms, floors, and work areas.
• Providing excellent guest service, answering questions, handling complaints, and making recommendations.
• Clearing and delivering tableware to the dishwasher.
• Scraping, racking, and stacking glassware and utensils.
• Setting and clearing tables efficiently.
• Setting up and breaking down equipment and supplies.
• Maintaining supply levels and cleanliness of service stations.
• Assisting with floor plan adjustments for events.
• Training new staff when applicable.
• Completing opening, running, and closing duties.
• Communicating effectively about products and events.
• Reporting low inventory and safety concerns.
• Performing additional duties as assigned with urgency.
• Following safety and sanitation policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Six months experience in food service preferred or equivalent.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Good judgment and decision-making skills.

Educational Requirements: High school diploma or GED preferred.

Physical and Work Environment: Must be able to work in a high-energy environment, stand/walk for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in various weather conditions with noise and safety hazards.

Language Skills: Ability to read safety and operation manuals, and communicate effectively with guests and staff.

Salary: $9.98 plus tips
