General Purpose of the Job

This role involves cleaning and maintaining the Twin Peaks restaurant, ensuring cleanliness, sanitation, and adherence to standards.

The Uniform

• Keep the TP black hat facing forward at all times, brim never bent.
• Maintain clean hair underneath the hat.
• Be clean shaven; beards and mustaches must be maintained.
• Trim fingernails regularly.
• No jewelry allowed in ears, face, neck, or wrists.
• No headphones or earbuds.
• Wear a clean, non-faded, wrinkled TP kitchen shirt tucked in.
• Belt required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Adhere to uniform standards and policies for cleanliness and sanitation.
• Maintain organized stations and equipment.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and GHS requirements.
• Work effectively as part of a team.
• Use tablets or computers for training.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Education and Experience

Proven experience as a Janitor or Busser.

Certificates and Licenses

Attend orientation, complete training, and obtain any required local or state certifications.

Physical Demands
