First Watch in Madison, AL is seeking a Busser to support our dining room team. You will clean and reset tables quickly, coordinate with Hosts and Servers, and help maintain a clean, welcoming restaurant environment.

The position emphasizes teamwork, efficiency, and reliable communication to ensure a smooth guest experience during breakfast, brunch, or lunch shifts.

About The Position

Equipped with a spray bottle, sturdy tray and clean cloth towel, a First Watch Busser uses magician-like moves to clean and re-set tables within 3 minutes. They are often our silent communicators – contacting a nearby Host to signal “table readiness.”
