Job Summary

Summary: Sets and clears restaurant tables, stocks service stations, and assists food servers with table service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Quickly clears dirty table settings and prepares tables for resetting, ensuring all serviceware is reset promptly and consistently.
2. Maintains stock and cleanliness of stations, including silverware, linen, and condiments; cleans booths, chairs, moves tables, and cleans floors as needed.
3. Serves guests beverages, breads, and butter, replenishing as necessary; assists servers with food and beverage service.
4. Transports dirty tableware to the dishwashing area.
5. Performs general cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products as assigned.
6. Folds napkins throughout the day to maintain supply.
7. Replenishes condiments and restocks side stands as part of side work.
8. Handles additional duties such as cleaning spills, guest requests, and seating guests.
