Responsibilities

• Sets up dining areas before beginning shift and cleans dining areas after.
• Clears tables of used dishes, glasses, and silverware and re-sets between customers.
• Assist service staff with maintaining non-alcoholic beverages for all guests.
• Maintains work area in a neat and organized manner including the dining room, server stations, patio, and dish pit.
• Delivers cleaned glassware from the dish area to appropriate location in the front of the house.
• Assist service staff in providing the best guest experience.
• Follows safety and sanitation rules and practices.
• Present a professional and clean appearance at all times.

You understand the fine balance of service and help provide exceptional service to our customers in a timely, courteous, efficient, and accurate manner. The Busser resets dining room tables to maximize prompt table availability for our guests, removes plates, glassware, and silverware when guests have completed their meal, as well as quickly and efficiently re-sets and re-stocks the table for new guests. Our Bussers are polite and friendly to guests, and co-workers alike, and understand the importance of maintaining Goode Company's high sanitation standards. You keep your work station clean and sanitary at all times, because you know it is a direct reflection on you.

The ideal candidate for this position has a high school diploma or high school equivalency diploma and previous experience is preferred. Fluent English speaking and writing skills, good time management skills, hospitality skills and professional dress, speech, and behavior are all required for this position.
