Key Responsibilities of Busser:
  1. Ensure all materials used by the server are clean and ready for daily operation.
  2. Know the position of each diner's chair in the dining rooms and lounges.
  3. Set the outside line with liner plates, flatware, doilies, linen napkins, and other items needed for food delivery.
  4. Organize plates in the window and match each with its ticket to serve food to tables.
  5. Set tables according to Troon Golf standards.
  6. Prepare each menu item precisely as outlined on the ticket.
  7. Coordinate with the chef to correct any menu item that does not meet ticket specifications.
  8. Refill water glasses and remove unused place settings.
  9. Clear dishes from guest tables after each course.
  10. Reset tables when guests leave, including changing tablecloths, cleaning chairs, and replacing silverware, glassware, and napkins.
  11. Assist servers as needed.
  12. Keep workstations stocked with items and ingredients.
  13. Clean workstations, take out trash, and vacuum the dining room.
  14. Follow safe work practices.
  15. Perform other duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • At least one month of related experience or training.
