The Busser Position Involves:
- Ensuring an enjoyable, well-timed, and pleasant guest dining experience
- Providing a professional and inviting attitude when interacting with guests and staff
- Assisting with delivery and serving of food items using the pivot point system
- Removing soiled dishes and utensils between courses
- Clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables promptly between seatings
- Carving appropriate entrees such as pork chops, Chateaubriand, and bone-in New York strip steaks table-side
- Assisting the kitchen team with upkeep, including restocking utensils and cleaning surfaces
- Supporting kitchen closing procedures, including proper storage of food items
