Job Summary

Summary: Sets and clears restaurant tables; stocks service stations; assists food servers with table service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Quickly clears dirty table settings and prepares tables for resetting; resets all serviceware as prescribed.
2. Maintains stock and cleanliness of stations, including silverware, linen, condiments; cleans booths, chairs, moves tables, and floors as needed.
3. Serves beverages, breads, butter, and replenishes as necessary; assists servers with food and beverage service.
4. Transports dirty tableware to dishwashing area.
5. Performs cleaning tasks using standard products as assigned.
6. Folds napkins throughout the day to maintain supply.
7. Replenishes condiments and restocks side stands as part of side work.
8. Other duties such as cleaning spills, handling guest requests, greeting, and seating guests.
