Job summary

First Watch in Destin, FL is seeking friendly Bussers to support fast-paced breakfast, brunch, and lunch service. You’ll keep tables clean, reset them quickly, and assist hosts and servers to maintain smooth seating.

You value teamwork, communicate clearly, and perform light housekeeping tasks. This role offers a people-first culture, no night shifts, and generous restaurant-wide benefits for eligible team members.

About The Position

Equipped with a spray bottle, sturdy tray and clean cloth towel, a First Watch Busser uses magician-like moves to clean and re-set tables within 3 minutes. They are often our silent communicators – contacting a nearby Host to signal "table readiness."
