Summary of Position

Remove used tableware as guests have finished using it; clear and clean tables after guests leave.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Remove used tableware after guests finish.
2. Clear tables, take tableware to bus bins, and sort silverware, dishes, glassware, etc., for washing.
3. Between seatings, clean table tops, chairs, booths, check and clean floors, windows, and seat cracks.
4. Inspect restrooms every 30 minutes and clean as needed.
5. Respond to guest requests and communicate with servers and hosts to ensure efficient seating and service.
6. Assist servers with plate removal during peak times and large parties.
7. Maintain cleanliness in all Front of House areas, including floors around trash cans and walkways.
8. Thank guests as they leave.
9. Be flexible to fill in as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• No previous restaurant experience required.
• Ability to lift, reach, bend, and stoop.
• Ability to stand for long periods (up to 8 hours).

Requirements

• Availability from 6:00 am to 4:00 pm every day, including holidays (closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas).
• Full-time applicants must consider Keke's as their primary employment.
• Dress code: dark blue jeans, black belt, and black non-slip shoes on the first day.
