Job summary

First Watch in Exton, PA is hiring busser staff to uphold our YOU FIRST culture and keep the dining area running smoothly. No night shifts, fast-paced table resets, and teamwork are core to the role as you support hosts and servers to deliver a warm breakfast, brunch, or lunch experience.

About The Position

Equipped with a spray bottle, sturdy tray and clean cloth towel, a First Watch Busser uses magician-like moves to clean and re-set tables within 3 minutes. They are often our silent communicators – contacting a nearby Host to signal "table readiness."
