Job Summary

As a Busser at Another Broken Egg Cafe, you play a crucial role in ensuring guests receive excellent service through clean and proper table setup and beverage setup. You will work with servers and host/hostesses to create a welcoming and organized dining experience. Your responsibilities will include maintaining cleanliness in the restaurant, restocking necessary supplies, and assisting guests with clearing dishes and glassware.

Qualifications

• Minimum age is 18.
• Able to lift and carry cases and bus tubs of up to 70 lbs up to 20 times per shift.
• Work indoors 98%; outdoors 2%.
• Walk or stand most of a 6‑8 hour shift.
• Must be able to read menu items and speak English.
• Able to reach, bend, stoop, and perform cleaning duties.
• Clear communication of guests' needs to other employees (servers, hostesses, manager).
• Professional phone skills and ability to hear in loud background noise.
• Required to carry trays and supplies; assist in re‑stocking and detail cleaning of all aspects of the restaurant.
