Job summary

Penne Pomodoro is seeking upbeat bussers to join our restaurant team in Dallas. You’ll help keep tables, chairs, and booths clean between seatings, assist servers, and ensure the dining area stays organized and inviting for guests.

Weekend availability is required. A great attitude, reliability, and teamwork are as important as speed and accuracy in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant experience is preferred, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
• Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented.
• Able to communicate effectively with guests and coworkers.
• Working knowledge of the predominant language(s) of our guests.
• Able to lift, reach, bend, stoop, and safely move throughout the restaurant.
• Able to remain standing and active for extended periods of time.
• Must have weekend availabilty.

Responsibilities

• Promptly clean and reset tables, chairs, and booths between seatings.
• Keep dining areas clean, organized, and ready for our guests.
• Pre-bus tables proactively, especially during busy service periods.
• Take soiled dishes, glassware, and silverware to the dish room and properly sort and organize them.
• Assist servers with food delivery, particularly for larger parties.
