Responsibilities

Provide an exceptional brewhouse experience to our guests by maintaining dining room cleanliness and performing the following:

• Clearing and setting tables efficiently and in a timely manner
• Performing station opening/closing setup for each shift
• Restocking glassware, ice, and beverage items
• Polishing, rolling, and prepping silverware
• Ensuring chairs, floors, and guest dining areas are clean
