The Hotel Cleveland is seeking a service-minded Busser to join our team. The Busser will ensure tables are cleaned in a timely manner, keep the bar stocked, and ensure food is delivered from the kitchen fresh and promptly. No experience? ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Greet guests at all times at the restaurant entrance.
• Maintain a spotless front of the restaurant.
• Check and prepare tables for guests, ensuring cleanliness and proper setup, including silverware and glassware, and that chairs and carpets are spotless.
• Gather guest feedback on meals and service, address issues immediately, and inform supervisors or managers as needed.
• Assist in scheduling server breaks based on business volume.
• Support service duties, including food running and expediting, ensuring dishes meet ticket specifications, and relaying orders to the kitchen.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:

• Must be 18 or older to serve alcohol.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Preferred certifications: TABC, Tips Trained, Food Handlers.
• Organized, able to work with urgency, and focused on guest satisfaction.
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., and push/pull goods weighing up to 150 lbs. on a hand cart/truck.
