Silver Diner Development LLC is hiring Bussers in New Jersey to work in the front and heart of the house, supporting dishwashers, cooks, and front staff while maintaining clean, organized stations.

The role requires weekend and holiday availability and offers an hourly wage plus tip pool, with opportunities for growth within a busy, guest‑focused team environment.

Bussers

work in both the front and the heart of the house and experience the entire operation. They support the dishwashers and cooks to keep stations stocked with sparkling clean dishes, and aid the front staff with bussing tables and keeping the restaurant clean. Busser is a great position for people interested in entering the restaurant industry for the first time.
