Job summary

Rusty Scupper is seeking a hospitality team member to expertly set tables to our high standards and assist with table service as needed. You will coordinate seating with host staff, ensure cleanliness of serviceware, and promptly clear and reset tables after guests depart.

Qualified candidates have at least 2 years of fine dining experience and can work collaboratively in a fast-paced waterfront restaurant environment in Baltimore, MD.

Job description

Carefully, quietly setting tables according to standards: proper place settings, center arrangements, folding napkins, and checking cleanliness of serviceware. Knowing table numbers and coordinating with host personnel on seating needs and priority tables. Clearing tables when guests have left: removing serviceware to tray, wiping table thoroughly, brushing crumbs from seats, and checking floor for cleanliness. Assisting in table service as requested by waitstaff.

Requirements
