Job summary

Remington Hotels in Anchorage, AK is seeking a team-oriented hospitality associate to support restaurant operations and guest experiences. This in-office role requires a friendly, proactive approach and a willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

You will clear tables, restock stations, manage the lobby coffee area, assist servers with pre-bussing, and help with general cleaning and maintenance to ensure a smooth guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Promptly clear and reset used tables; remove dirty stock to dish area.
• Take soiled linen to designated area/Housekeeping for laundering.
• Stock and maintain service stations with proper supplies.
• Setup and refill coffee-to-go station in the lobby; keep area replenished.
• Assist servers with pre-bussing and delivery of food orders.
• Assist in general cleaning and maintenance of the restaurant.

What you will be doing

• Promptlyclear and reset used tables. Remove dirty stock to dish area and breakdown trays. Take soiled linen to designated area and/or Housekeeping Department for laundering.
• Stockand maintain service stations with the proper supplies before, during and after each shift.
• Setup and refill coffee-to-go station in the lobby, and keep it replenished, as needed. Keep area picked up and clear.
• Promptlyassist servers in the pre-bussing of tables and delivery of food orders.
• Assist in the general cleaning and maintenance of the restaurant.

Physical Requirements (In-Office Role)

• Ability to work in a standard office environment.
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. (6-8 hours a day)
• Occasional standing and walking throughout the workday.
• Frequent fine motor skills, use of hands and fingers for keyboarding/typing, utilizing a mouse or trackpad, writing, and operating office equipment.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Occasionally required to stand, walk, bend, reach, or carry items.
• Ability to lift and/or move 10–25 pounds as needed (e.g., files, office supplies).
• Visual ability to read from a computer screen and printed materials including close visual focus for extended periods and color differentiation (for certain roles).
