Job description

About the Role

The Bus/Stocker is responsible for supplying service equipment and restocking supplies to the restaurant throughout the shift.

Position Responsibilities

  • Unloading pallets & putting away inventory
  • Stocking walk in and storage areas accordingly and neatly
  • Bringing up necessities from loading dock
  • Restocking shelves in kitchen storage room & front of house shelves
  • Rotating stocks
  • Picking up liquor requisitions
  • Assisting with silverware roll ups
  • Refills salt and pepper shakers, napkin holders and all other related supplies
  • Stocks dishes and glasses as required

Essential Functions

  • Exposure to casino-related environmental factors including but not limited to secondhand smoke, excessive noise, and stress related to servicing guests in a high pressure and fast-paced environment.
  • Able to sit, walk, stand, bend, lift, reach, pull, push, kneel, squat, and grasp Must be able to move throughout the restaurant areas for an entire shift
  • Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 75 pounds.

  • Prior experience as a bus person and/or stocker is preferred, but not required
