Summary Statement:The Busperson is an integral support to both front of the house and back of the house, ensuring a memorable and seamless guest experience. The Busperson will assist the team by ensuring that every guest’s needs, and special requests is met.Primary Job Duties: Includes but is not limited to:Maintain service stations and perform assigned side work duties before, during and after shift.Restock the dining room and side stations with cutlery, condiments and linen.Assist your neighboring team member with service.Obtain and maintain position-specific licensing.Use personal device/cellular phone for job related operational tasks, job duties, review of company documents, etc.Perform other job-related duties as requested.Qualifications: Includes but is not limited to:Excellent customer service skills.Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.Preferred:Previous experience working in a large, luxury resort setting.Minimum Education and Experience:At least 18 years of age.Preferred:At least one year of previous Busperson experience in a similar or related field.Certificates, Licenses, Regulations:Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.Position required Licenses:Alcohol Awareness CardFood HandlerPhysical Demands:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a team member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
