Job summary

Fairmont San Francisco is hiring a Busperson to support Laurel Court peers and help provide a memorable guest experience. You will work under the Laurel Court General Manager, delivering professional service, assisting servers, and ensuring proper setup and knowledge of beverages and menu items.

The role emphasizes guest-focused service, teamwork, and adherence to safety standards. Hourly compensation is provided with opportunities to grow within a premier hospitality brand.

Qualifications

• Previous service experience is an asset.
• Previous Point of Sale system experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.
• Assist Food & Beverage Servers in all aspects of the dining experience.
• Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way.
• Ensure the proper set up of all side stations in the outlet.
• Have knowledge of beverage lists and promotions.
• Have knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods.
• Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Hourly Rate: $26.60 USD Gross per Hour.
