Job summary

Beau Rivage, part of MGM Resorts International in Biloxi, Mississippi, is seeking a friendly Busperson/Backserver to help keep dining rooms inviting and efficient. You will work with servers, clear tables, restock stations, and ensure guests receive water, coffee, and soft drinks while maintaining a clean service area.

The role offers a starting rate of $10.50 per hour plus tips, with wellness programs and employee discounts as part of the perks.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Work with servers to ensure proper guest service.
• Remove dirty dishes, debris, and linens from table and bring to the kitchen for proper washing and disposing of trash in designated receptacles.
• Coordinate table availability and constantly communicate with Server, Hostess, and Management to ensure tables are turned efficiently.
• Serve water, coffee, and soft drinks, refilling when needed.
• Ensure that dining room floors are clean and free of debris.
