Job summary

Vitality Group is seeking a General Manager / Business Unit Leader to guide an established specialty contractor serving commercial clients throughout Southern California. You will own the branch's performance, overseeing sales, operations, project execution and team development.

Reporting to executive leadership, you will shape strategy, strengthen client relationships, drive market development and profit growth, with full P&L responsibility and a clear path to expanded leadership.

• Proven success growing a business while improving operational performance and profitability.

Base salary ranges from $225,000 to $320,000, with bonus potential tied to business performance, comprehensive benefits and additional executive compensation opportunities.
