Job summary

JAC Products in Napoleon, Ohio is seeking a Business Unit Leader to manage a cross-functional team ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery in manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have over ten years in Operations Management, preferably in automotive part manufacturing.

Job description

As our Business Unit Leader, you will manage and lead a cross‑functional team whose overall mission is to assure a safe work environment for employees, meet customer quality expectations, on‑time delivery to customers, and the implementation/proper operation of corporate and plant procedures within our 200,000 square‑foot manufacturing facility in Napoleon, Ohio.

Preferred Experience

• Ten (10) or more years of Operations Management in a complex manufacturing/final assembly environment.
• Several years of meaningful Tier 1 or 2 Automotive/OEM Part manufacturing experience with strong working knowledge of Materials, Process Engineering, Quality systems, Production Supervision, and Health & Safety.
• Demonstrated metric‑driven performance of Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost Management within a manufacturing business.
• Strong knowledge of OEM customer expectations, quality standards/systems, and customer relationship management.
