Job summary

TAC Manufacturing, Inc. in Jackson, MI is seeking a manufacturing supervisor to oversee production, inspect quality, and coordinate machine setup and adjustments. You will study schedules and assign duties to meet timelines, while locating opportunities to improve methods and efficiency.

• Suggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of shop, department, or work crew.
• Maintains time and production records.
• Must be flexible to work split shifts or opposite shift throughout the year.
