About the Role

We’re looking for a Business Unit Controller to take the financial lead for one of our key business units. You’ll be the go-to partner for operational leaders, translating numbers into insights and helping shape strategies that drive profitability and growth.

What You’ll Do

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the business unit.
• Provide clear, actionable analysis on performance, costs, and opportunities.
• Partner with operations to evaluate projects, investments, and pricing strategies.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
• Drive process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s in finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/CMA/MBA a plus).
• 5+ years in financial management, controlling, or accounting.
• Strong GAAP/IFRS knowledge and advanced Excel/ERP skills (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central).
